Dr.Uliises Bautista is an excellent doctor. He provided thorough care, conducted a detailed examination, and even performed a blood test on a Sunday. Thanks to his care, I avoided going to the hospital and was able to enjoy my vacation. I highly recommend him to anyone needing medical attention during their trip to Cancun.

If I could leave 10 stars for Dr Ivan, I would! As well as the entire staff. Honestly the entire process as a whole could not have been any more wonderful, helpful, and pleasant in any way l can think of. I contacted them. They IMMEDIATELY responded to me, their messages were kind. Caring. And somehow almost magically , they had someone to my hotel room at SLS Cancun, in UNDER 30 minutes. As far as Dr Ivan himself goes. l have never met a Dr with as incredible bed side manner and personal care as he. I have traveled the world, met drs all over, l have never had someone make me feel so understood, so comfortable, and so relieved. He is one of those special people you rarely get to randomly meet in life, who you can tell was meant to be in the line of work he is in. He fixed BOTH of the issues I was dealing with. Fast. Like very very fast. I was nervous about it, he calmed me completely. He spoke to me in such a friendly manner, yet with extreme professionalism. I do not push religion on anyone, but I personally feel as though God himself somehow had it be Dr Ivan that was the one who showed up. And it was completely random how I even found them. A friend here recommended Kululkan, and I asked ChatGPT who was the best house/hotel call dr for what I was dealing with, and even ChatGPT recommended I try them first, without me even mentioning them to ChatGPT. I could go on an on much longer about how and why I was so pleased and happy with the medical team, and Dr Ivan himself, but to keep this from being a three page review, I will end it now in a moment. Truthfully, if you are anywhere they serve (which is what seems to be a large area from playa del Carmen all the way north of Cancun) , and need a Dr house call, or even zoom call, this is the place to call ( or WhatsApp, that’s what I did) Very fairly priced. But the kindness. Compassion and bedside manner were priceless. Literally. Thank you for saving my trip, and my health, and my mind even. Bless you Dr Ivan, and a huge thanks to whom ever it was that was responding to the WhatsApp and helped set the appointment up.

I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I broke my toe while traveling in Cancun. At first, I called a big hospital in the Hotel Zone, and even with an authorization letter from my U.S. insurance covering everything, they said I’d still need to pay a deposit of several thousand dollars. I called a few hospitals downtown too, but it wasn’t any better, and since it was evening, there were hardly any English speakers. Then I found this clinic and reached out via WhatsApp. Everything went so smoothly and quickly—within about an hour, I was seeing the doctor (around 9:30 PM) and got an X-ray right away. The doctor was incredibly kind, spoke perfect English, and explained everything thoroughly, step by step. The cost was very reasonable too—consultation, X-ray, and injection all together was about $300. He even set everything up so I could get reimbursed by my U.S. insurance later. And he even drove me back to my hotel!! It was a really stressful day, but he made it so much easier. If you happen to get injured in Cancun, this is the place to go.

I cannot have been any happier with the care and attention my family received from this medical group. My child was sick off and on during a trip to Cancún and it was getting worse so we finally agreed to the house call even though it was a little out of the norm for us. My daughter has extreme anxiety about any doctors appointments so it was worth it to have Dr. Ivan come to our resort. He arrived exactly 5 min ahead of time for his 8 am appointment. The WhatsApp chat prior to his arrival Helped me decide what kind of care was needed (walk in, virtual visit or house call) and they clearly explained the prices and options ahead of time at 3 am. I speak Spanish but he also spoke perfect English which put my daughter at ease. He understood my daughter’s sensitivity and took things very slow and explained everything so she was comfortable at all times. He even skipped the tongue depressor because he understands that it’s a trigger for some patients. After a quick exam he quickly diagnosed a sinus infection and had the meds on hand with him, just not the right dosing for my child’s height/weight so he wrote a super clear script and instructed me on what to say at the pharmacy. She got instantly better after 1 dose of the meds and it saved the last day of our vacation. THANK YOU KUKULKAN MED CARE! This experience makes me love Cancún even more and feel even safer going again with my family.
