Dr Bautista helped me when I injured my eardrum from jumping at a cenote on vacation. He came to my hotel, diagnosed, and gave me the meds I needed to hold me over until I could make it to the pharmacy the next day. He was thorough and helpful and kind! Reasonable prices as well!

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Dr. Ulises Bautista Andrade at Kukulkan Medical Care in Cancun! My husband and I were in dire need of medical assistance due to severe sunburn during our vacation, and Dr. Bautista came to our rescue. Not only did Dr. Bautista administer the perfect healing protocol for our condition, including recommendations and special creams, but he also ensured that we understood every step of the treatment process. His expertise and attentiveness made us feel incredibly reassured during a stressful time. The entire staff at Kukulkan Medical Care was remarkably responsive and professional. From handling paperwork efficiently to providing top-notch care, they truly went above and beyond to ensure our well-being. I had an accident that required several stitches on my left leg. Dr. Ulises Bautista provided exceptional care during the visit. He was very thorough and friendly which allowed me and my partner to be comfortable during this time. Also, I highly recommend the clinic for their prompt and clear communication during the process which was done via Whatsapp. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received and at a very reasonable price!

Wife fell and thought she may have broken collarbone or shoulder. Dr Ulises Bautista was so thorough and after reviewing X-RAY, prescribed treatment and medication for her shoulder ( not broken!) A great option for those in need of immediate care with cost being what we were quoted. Very intensive exam, quality X-RAYS, care for patient . Great option for anyone!

The medical service provided by Dr. Ivan was exceptional. He came to our resort an hour after we called him. He listened to my husband’s symptoms, diagnosed him, and provided medication quickly. The price of the visit and medication was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!
